She was attending the opening of a new exhibition at the Science Museum in London, to celebrate the history of information & communications technology.
And it appears she couldn't resist the chance to send a message on social media.
In font of 600 guest and using the @BritishMonarchy Twitter account, she wrote 'It is a pleasure to open the Information Age exhibition today at the @ScienceMuseum and I hope people will enjoy visiting. Elizabeth R.'
